BEEF STEW
- 600 g braising steak
- 400 g new potatoes
- 300 g winter carrots
- 100 g celeriac
- 5 tomatoes
- 2 white onions
- ½ red chilli pepper
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 4 sprigs of rosemary
- 6 sprigs of thyme
- 1 jar of pearl onions (320 g)
- 4 tbsp sunflower oil
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 tbsp paprika powder
- 750 ml red wine
- potato starch or cornflour (optional)
- 6 sprigs of parsley
