Big Green Egg Cast Iron Dutch Oven
Method
Set your EGG up for Indirect cooking at 300°F/149°C with the Dutch oven in the EGG to preheat.
In your Dutch oven with olive oil, sear and cook the chicken breast, remove and cut into cubes and put back into the Dutch oven.
Add all the other ingredients and mix. Cook for approximately two hours. Serve with cornbread, or biscuits.
