Patio furniture covers are essential to protecting your outdoor investment. Without them, your furniture and cushions will deteriorate much faster. At some point in time, the summer season will wane and you’ll spend less time bundled up on your patio set.

Pizza margherita

The Neapolitan Pizza Margherita, also known as pizza margarita, is one of the classic pizzas that every Italian restaurant in the world has on its menu. But you, of course, can make this delicious, traditional pizza just as well yourself on your Big Green Egg! The charcoal and the pizza stone in your kamado ensure a wonderfully authentic flavour.

Bruschetta with raw ham and roasted cheese

Figs and goat cheese are a match made in heaven! And when you roast them in the Big Green Egg, as we do in this bruschetta recipe, they only get better. Serve the bruschetta as a simple side dish, or perhaps as a snack to go with drinks.

Spareribs – quick method

You may have already made spare ribs on your Big Green Egg using the 3-2-1 method. The result is delicious, but it does require a little patience before you can get your teeth into them. In this recipe for delicious fall-off-the-bone spare ribs, you cook them at a higher temperature in your kamado and they’ll be ready in about half the normal time.
