Big Green Egg – Dual Probe Remote Thermometer

Information is power. The wireless Dual Probe Remote Thermometer accurately measures the core temperature of your ingredients down to the finest degree, as well as the interior temperature of your Big Green Egg. The Dual Probe has 2 probes and a receiver that you keep with you. Once the desired temperature has been reached, the receiver will automatically alert you (up to a distance of 91 metres).

This precision instrument, with its unique EGG shape, leaves nothing to chance. This is why the Dual Probe Remote Thermometer has a number of pre-programmed temperatures for beef, veal, lamb, pork, poultry and nine types of game (such as duck and venison). Would you like to adjust the temperatures to your personal preference? That too is possible. The probes measure temperatures up to 380°C.
